Refund & Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Here's exactly how cancellations, reschedules and refunds are handled.

Cancelling a booking
You can cancel free of charge any time before the technician is dispatched. Call or WhatsApp us and we'll confirm the cancellation.
If the technician has already reached your address, a visit fee of ₹199 may apply to cover travel.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free when requested at least two hours before your slot. We'll offer the next available slot that suits you.
Refunds on completed services
If a repair fails within the 30-day workmanship warranty, we first attempt a free revisit. Where the issue cannot be resolved, we refund the labour charge for that service.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Custom and made-to-measure orders
Custom curtains are cut and stitched to your measurements. Once fabric is cut, the order cannot be cancelled and advances are non-refundable.
Cancellations made before cutting begins are refunded in full.
